Important: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and Noob Wine ("we", "us", "the platform"). The use of Noob Wine's services — including all games, payment features and promotional offers — is subject to these Terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the platform.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing noobwine.net, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Continued use of the Noob Wine platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms apply to all areas of the Noob Wine platform including the live casino, slots lobby, PSL betting, Aviator game, Ludo games, roulette, baccarat tables, the payment system, the bonus programme and the customer support service. Separate game rules are published within individual game interfaces — those rules work alongside these Terms, not in place of them.

2Eligibility & Registration
To open a Noob Wine account and use the platform you must meet all of the following criteria without exception:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Noob Wine strictly prohibits access by minors and reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm age.
- You are a natural person — business entities, trusts, partnerships and corporations may not register accounts.
- You are registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and are not acting on behalf of a third party.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from Noob Wine or had an account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not restricted from using online gaming services by any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
- All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms.
Age Verification: Noob Wine employs automated and manual checks to verify player age. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, account access will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved. We take our obligation to prevent underage gambling very seriously.
3Account Rules
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on Noob Wine. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. Noob Wine will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — even by a third party — is your responsibility.
You must notify Noob Wine immediately at support@noobwine.net if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. We will investigate and take appropriate action including temporarily locking the account while the inquiry is ongoing.
One Account Policy
Duplicate accounts are detected automatically. All accounts belonging to the same player will be merged or closed with balances forfeited.
Account Security
Use a strong, unique password. Enable two-factor authentication from your account settings for added protection on withdrawals.
4Deposits & Payments
Noob Wine operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets and balance figures are displayed and processed in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

Deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on Noob Wine. You may not deposit and immediately withdraw without engaging in gaming activity — this is considered a payment processing abuse and may result in account suspension. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
Deposit Bonus Interaction: When a deposit bonus is active on your account, deposited funds will be allocated according to the bonus terms. Deposits made while a bonus is pending that you wish to decline must be flagged to support before the deposit is made — post-deposit bonus removal requests cannot always be accommodated.
5Withdrawals
Noob Wine is committed to fast, transparent withdrawals for all verified players. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, in line with anti-money-laundering requirements.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500
- Standard withdrawal processing time to Easypaisa and JazzCash: under 5 minutes
- VIP Club members receive priority withdrawal processing: under 2 minutes
- IBFT bank withdrawals: same day in most cases, up to 24 hours maximum
- Visa/Mastercard withdrawals: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank
- Noob Wine charges no withdrawal fees on any method
- Withdrawals are paid in PKR only
Noob Wine reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large amounts. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML compliance measure. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.
Bonus Wagering Requirement: Withdrawals can only be processed from your real-money balance. If bonus funds are active, the applicable wagering requirement must be met before those bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.
6Bonuses & Promotions
Noob Wine offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Every bonus is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed at the point of offer. The following general rules apply to all Noob Wine bonuses unless specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise:
7Gaming Rules
All games available on Noob Wine are provided by certified third-party software developers. Each game has its own rules displayed within the game interface. General gaming conduct rules applicable across all Noob Wine titles are as follows:
- All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by live physical equipment in live casino games. Noob Wine does not alter game outcomes.
- In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all bets affected by the error are void and stakes returned. A disconnection during a live hand or spin does not entitle a player to a refund unless the disconnection was caused by a platform-side failure.
- The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed within the game interface before any wager is placed.
- Noob Wine's liability for any single jackpot or winning outcome is capped at the maximum advertised payout for that game as displayed in the game information panel.
- Players may not use automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with Noob Wine games. All gaming activity must be carried out manually by the registered account holder.
- Collusion between players in multiplayer games (including live poker or multiplayer tables) is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
8Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Noob Wine. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal referral:
- Using the platform while underage or knowingly allowing a minor to access your account
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account
- Depositing or withdrawing using payment methods not registered in your own name
- Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates anti-money-laundering laws
- Employing automated betting software, bots or scripts of any kind
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Abusing the bonus system through matched betting, arbitrage or systematic low-risk wagering
- Attempting to access, modify or interfere with Noob Wine's platform infrastructure or game code
- Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks through your bank or payment provider
- Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order
Fraudulent Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank for a legitimate Noob Wine transaction, your account will be suspended immediately and the disputed amount, along with any associated winnings, will be withheld pending resolution. Chargeback abuse is treated as financial fraud and may be referred to relevant authorities.
9Responsible Gaming
Noob Wine is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following tools to every registered player, accessible directly from your account settings:
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
Session Reminders
Receive automatic notifications when you've played for your chosen session duration. Helps you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
Self-Exclusion
Request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the period.
Players identified by Noob Wine's responsible gaming monitoring system as exhibiting patterns associated with problem gambling may be contacted proactively by our team. We may also apply restrictions to accounts in these circumstances without being asked to by the player. Players under 18 must not use the platform under any circumstances — any deposits made by minors will be refunded to the originating payment method and the account permanently closed.

10Account Closure
You may request closure of your Noob Wine account at any time by contacting support@noobwine.net. We will process the closure within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your last used payment method provided no active bonus funds are attached and all standard verification checks have been completed.
Noob Wine reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where: these Terms have been breached; fraud or money laundering is suspected; the player has provided false information; or the account is associated with prohibited activity. In cases of fraud or serious Terms breach, remaining balances may be withheld pending investigation.
11Limitation of Liability
Noob Wine provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Noob Wine is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or game malfunctions beyond the return of affected stakes
- Noob Wine is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits, arising from use of the platform
- Noob Wine's total liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Noob Wine is not responsible for internet connection failures on the player's side during live gaming sessions
- All gaming is undertaken at the player's sole risk and financial responsibility
12Changes to Terms
Noob Wine reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Noob Wine after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with an upcoming change, you have the right to close your account before the effective date and receive a refund of your real-money balance. Minor changes such as correcting typographical errors or updating contact information may be made without prior notice.
